Pin or Pendant Workshop

Description

Design and make a unique piece of silver jewellery. Learn how to texture metal using a selection of hammers, punches and rolling mills. Have a go at saw-piercing shapes out of sheet metal. Solder on fittings for pendants or pins using a hand-held torch. Finish off your creation with the appropriate polishing techniques.

This workshop is part of the UNESCO Dundee Month of Design programme.

Location – Double Door Studios.
Please be aware that the studios are on the 1st floor of a building without a lift.
